09berBefore registering on 09ber, you must meet the following conditions. These aren't arbitrary rules — each one exists for a clear reason.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. National ID or passport details are used for age verification.
• One Person — One Account: Each individual is permitted only one 09ber may open an account. If multiple accounts are found registered under the same person, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: The name, date of birth, mobile number, and email provided at registration must be accurate. Providing incorrect information may cause issues with account verification and withdrawals later on.
• Mobile Number Verification: You must use a mobile number registered in your own name when signing up. All future verifications and withdrawals will be processed through this number.

Your 09ber You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential.

• Login Credentials Security: Never share your password or OTP with anyone — not even 09ber's customer support will never ask for your password. If anyone does, it's a fraudulent attempt.
• Unauthorized Access: If someone else accesses your account, contact support immediately and change your password.
• Account Sharing Prohibited: Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account may be permanently suspended.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal. You will need to upload a photo of your National ID or passport. This only needs to be done once.
• Inactive Accounts: An account will be marked inactive if there is no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months. To reactivate, please contact our support team.

• Attempting to access another member's account
• Registering or completing KYC verification with false information
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor

Member or 09ber — either party may close the account.

• At the Member's Request: If you wish to close your account, please contact support. Make sure to withdraw any available cash balance before the account is closed.
• From 09ber: An account may be suspended or closed due to a rule violation, for investigation purposes, or as required by applicable law.
• Verified Balance Guarantee: Unless a rule violation is proven, any cash balance will be returned upon account closure.
• Data Retention: Even after an account is closed, transaction records will be retained for a specified period in accordance with applicable laws.

09ber reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Members will be notified before any significant changes take effect.

• You will be notified at least 7 days before any changes take effect, via your registered email or an in-app notification.
• In cases of urgent changes (such as those related to security), they may take effect immediately.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account — your balance will be returned.
